Upton were not able to make their possession count in early part of the game. From a turnover Worcester passed the ball well and ran straight gaining ground to score their first try. Upton showed greater endeavour from the restart , but a spilled pass was collected by the fastest boy on the pitch. Unfortunately he was playing for Worcester and rapidly made the score 10-0. Both sides struggled to set up clear chances for the remainder of the 1st half. Excellent tackles by Taylor Hardiman and Isaac Grimwade ensured no further tries were conceded. The second half started well with Jack Avery, at scrum half, making several half breaks. Good hard tackling from the Worcester forwards began to dominate and produce plenty of possession for their three quarters. This pressure resulted in three more tries in the last quarter. Upton’s man of the match was Luke Bartlett, who kept tackled magnificently throughout, what was a hard game for Upton.
